Key Responsibilities

Executive Secretary – Director’s Office

  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support the Director’s office with daily administrative operations.

Store & Logistics Keeper

  • Receive, store, and dispatch materials as per project requirements.
  • Maintain inventory records and assist with stock audits.
