Abu Dhabi — 800-SAKINA
The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi activated a round-the-clock mental health support hotline, 800-SAKINA (800-725462), to provide immediate psychological first aid and direct access to qualified mental-health professionals. The bilingual service (Arabic and English) includes dedicated support for children and families. Dr Noura Khamis Al Ghaithi, Undersecretary at the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, said the hotline ensures “timely, trusted mental health support whenever they need it.”
Dubai — DHA contact routes and triage
The Dubai Health Authority maintains 24/7 contact routes for health queries and triage that also direct callers to its mental-health services and outpatient psychiatry clinics; the DHA general contact details and emergency routing are listed on its official portal. Patients requiring in-person assessment are referred to DHA-affiliated psychiatry and behavioural health clinics.

MedicoArabia operates a free, advertised 24/7 mental-health helpline in Dubai reachable by phone and WhatsApp on numbers publicised by the provider. American Hospital Dubai hotline
American Hospital Dubai has publicised a free community mental-health hotline — listed as +971 4 377 4686 — offering listening, triage and onward referral into the hospital’s psychiatry and psychology services. Aster / myAster video consultations
Aster DM Healthcare provides periodic community campaigns of free well-being video consultations via the myAster platform. Availability is campaign-dependent and announced through the myAster app and Aster communications; when active, the service offers short, confidential video consultations with licensed psychologists and signposting to longer-term care.
Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital
Al Amal Psychiatric Hospital, part of the Emirates Health Services network, operates specialist inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services and lists a toll-free contact number for patients.
