Key Responsibilities
- Supervise lifting operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors.
- Ensure lifting activities follow approved lifting plans and procedures.
- Conduct pre-lift safety checks and risk assessments.
- Monitor equipment usage and operational safety standards.
- Maintain documentation related to lifting operations and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Lifting Supervisor.
- Valid lifting or rigging certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lifting equipment and safety regulations.
- Ability to supervise lifting teams and manage operational risks.
