Dubai — Emirates NBD has announced a temporary waiver of several customer charges, removing fees for ATM withdrawals and for debit-card replacement and delivery across the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, the bank said in a message to customers.

Fee waiver details
Emirates NBD said cash withdrawals from any ATM within the UAE and GCC will be free during the waiver period, including transactions at ATMs outside the bank’s own network. The bank also said it will not charge customers for debit-card replacements or for delivery of replacement cards, whether delivered inside the UAE or abroad.

In the message sent to clients, Emirates NBD said: “We are waiving fees until March 31, 2026, to help you bank with more convenience and flexibility due to recent regional developments.” The bank added that customers may “access your money, request a new card and continue banking seamlessly with Emirates NBD,” and reminded clients that support channels remain available for assistance.

The waiver is effective immediately and will remain in place until March 31, 2026, the bank said. Emirates NBD said the measures are temporary and that standard charges may resume after the stated date.
The bank’s notice specifies the waiver applies across the UAE, and all GCC member states — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and the UAE — allowing Emirates NBD customers to withdraw cash from ATMs across the region without incurring off-network withdrawal fees. Debit-card replacement and international delivery charges are covered under the same temporary relief.

It urged clients requiring help to contact Emirates NBD’s support channels for assistance with withdrawals, card requests, or any queries related to the waiver.
