
DUBAI: The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has launched the fourth edition of the Emirates Labour Market Award, offering cash prizes of up to Dh100,000 and ministry fee discounts to recognise outstanding companies, workers and family-friendly workplaces.
The award aims to strengthen competitiveness across the private sector and honour contributions that enhance the UAE labour market environment.

The new edition continues the initiative endorsed by the UAE Cabinet and held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. It builds on previous editions that attracted thousands of applications from establishments and individuals across the country.
Applications are now open for the 2026 cycle, with the ministry encouraging private sector entities and workers to submit nominations through the dedicated platform.

Individual winners can receive cash prizes reaching Dh100,000, while top-performing establishments will benefit from discounts on ministry fees. Around 100 winners are expected to be recognised in total across multiple categories.
These incentives form part of efforts to promote excellence and encourage broader participation in improving labour practices and workplace standards.

The award honours outstanding companies, individual workers and family-friendly workplaces that demonstrate strong performance in areas such as employee welfare, innovation in labour practices and overall contribution to the competitiveness of the UAE labour market.
Categories include establishments, workforce members, labour accommodations and special recognition for business services partners.
Applications Now Open via Official Riyada Platform

Interested parties can submit applications through the award’s dedicated website at riyada.mohre.gov.ae. The ministry has highlighted the growing interest in previous editions, with participation increasing significantly year on year.
The process allows both companies and individuals to showcase their achievements in building a more competitive and supportive labour environment.
