
Dubai’s seasonal floral attraction will open its gates free to UAE residents for two weeks, organisers confirmed. The offer runs March 15–31, 2026, and residents must present a valid Emirates ID at the gate to gain complimentary access.

Free entry details
The promotion is valid for UAE residents only between March 15 and March 31, 2026. Visitors must show a valid Emirates ID at the entrance. No advance reservations are required. Regular ticket fees will resume on April 1, 2026.
Timings and access
The garden will operate daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm during the free-entry period. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. Organisers have not announced a daily visitor cap. Families and groups may be subject to routine security checks at entry.
Eligibility and documents

Eligibility is restricted to holders of UAE residency status. Entry requires presentation of the Emirates ID card at the turnstile. Photo ID and printed confirmation are not required if Emirates ID is shown. International tourists and non-resident visitors will pay the standard admission fee.
A spokesperson for the attraction confirmed the dates and entry conditions to local media, saying the free-access window is limited to residents presenting Emirates ID. The statement reiterated that normal ticketing terms will apply before and after the stated period.
Visitor guidance
Visitors are advised to arrive during off-peak hours on weekdays to avoid crowds. The garden’s main entrance is at Arjan, Al Barsha South 3, Dubai. Public parking and ride-hailing drop-off points serve the site.
