About the Role
The organisation is seeking a hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support employee engagement and training initiatives. The role demands strong execution skills, the ability to meet tight hiring timelines, and experience handling both domestic and international recruitment mandates.
In addition to talent acquisition, the role supports ISO-driven training coordination and internal engagement activities across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including lateral, niche, and bulk hiring.
- Handle international recruitment for markets such as the UAE, KSA, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
- Drive time-bound, target-oriented hiring campaigns.
- Support and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs, schedules, and documentation aligned with ISO requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
- Maintain recruitment and training records and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–6 years in HR / Talent Acquisition roles.
- Strong exposure to time-bound recruitment across India and international markets.
- Prior experience in EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors preferred.
- Familiarity with employee engagement programs and training coordination.
- Understanding of ISO-related training processes and documentation.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Languages: Hindi and English are mandatory.
