UAE Hotels and Developers Offer Free Stays, Hot Meals to Travellers and Residents

Free stays UAE initiative offering hotel rooms in Dubai

In response to recent travel disruption and rising anxiety among travellers and residents, UAE private-sector firms have announced an array of on-the-ground measures — from complimentary home repairs to free hotel nights and prepared meals — aimed at immediate relief. The offers were published on the company’s social channels and in formal statements over March 2–3, 2026.

Free home repairs

Renovo said in an Instagram post that it will repair “every home affected during this conflict free of charge.” Founder Samiul Khan told reporters the pledge builds on the firm’s past charitable maintenance work and an established supplier network that allows rapid mobilisation. “If anyone needs our help, we’re going to go and rebuild, repaint, fix whatever it is, and get them back into their homes as quickly as possible,” he said.

Stay assistance

Real estate developers and hoteliers announced temporary shelter programmes and complimentary stays for those unable to continue travel.

Imtiaz Developments issued a formal statement saying: “In moments of difficulty, responsibility is not optional; it is a duty.” The company pledged full home-repair services, to cover hotel expenses for tourists in need, and to provide financial help for urgent food supplies.

Danube Properties said it would offer free accommodation to people seeking urgent shelter. Founder and chairman Rizwan Sajan was quoted: “Offering free accommodation in Danube Properties to those stranded in Dubai is our way of ensuring that no one feels alone during this crisis.” Peace Homes Developments posted that it would prioritise families with pregnant women, children and the elderly for temporary stays. Mileo Hotel The Palm opened complimentary overnight rooms for travellers stuck near the airport. Dugasta Properties invited those in urgent need to DM the company, with founder Tauseef Khan saying the developer felt an obligation to open its doors.

Food support

Local F&B businesses converted kitchens and dining spaces to provide hot meals and community relief.

Petite Gourmet Dubai launched an initiative to supply freshly prepared, hygienic meals for stranded and vulnerable people, with a stated focus on service-industry workers and delivery riders. Founder Karishma Samtani said the brand would partner with hotels and organisations to reach those in need and invited donations or bulk orders to distribute.

In Al Barsha, Querida Mexican opened its dining space as a community hub offering free Wi-Fi and rest facilities from 9 am to midnight. The restaurant also provided complimentary iftar support between 6 pm and 7:30 pm — a burrito, a beverage and dates — for anyone breaking fast.

Rental stays and waived fees

AraBnB Holiday Homes Dubai posted that it was opening a limited number of apartments free of charge to people stranded overnight. LivJaza said it had waived platform fees to keep stays more affordable and invited users to contact the company’s social channels for booking assistance. CEO Ramneek Dhir commented, “This is not a time to focus on profits. This is a time to stand united.”

Contact channels

Companies primarily published offers via official Instagram posts and company statements. Affected people were asked to DM official handles or contact the firms through their social channels to request assistance.
