We are hiring for Planning Analyst – Material/Production & Data Integration in our Supply Chain Department at Ajmal Perfumes. Requirements
- 3–8 years’ experience in material/production planning and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Advanced Excel skills (statistical & mathematical functions)
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, PPT)
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Familiarity with SAP master-data maintenance and MRP processes
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply-chain functions
Responsibilities
Material & Production Planning
- Ensure all products meet sales forecasts and are in storage 3 months before each quarter
- Prepare production plans and coordinate PM & bulk availability for next cycle
- Develop priority production lists and manage transfers within agreed TAT
- Perform other planning tasks as assigned by supervisor
Data Exploration & Analysis
- Use statistical tools to explore data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Create and revise reports per management request
- Maintain accurate master-data parameters in SAP
