The organisation is seeking a skilled System Engineer with deep experience in SCCM and Microsoft Intune to manage enterprise endpoint infrastructure and support complex operational environments.
You will be responsible for endpoint lifecycle management, device compliance, security baselines, and handling escalations from L1/L2 support teams. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in Windows-based enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and administer SCCM environments including OSD, patching, and application packaging.
- Manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), Autopilot deployments, and Co-management scenarios.
- Support Windows 10/11 desktops, Windows Servers, and endpoint patch management.
- Handle and resolve L1/L2 escalated system issues across enterprise users.
- Ensure device compliance, security baselines, and endpoint hardening.
- Generate reports related to patching, compliance, and device health.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SCCM administration (OSD, patching, app deployment).
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM and Autopilot.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Windows Servers.
