✅ Requirements
- Education required- Civil Engineering
- 3-7 years of relevant experience
📋 Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Carryout all Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) with consultant and get approved. Monitor construction activities for compliance with project quality plans, IFC & shop drawings and specifications.
- Attend the Site Quality Walks with consultant to assure that work executed as per Approved ITP and Project Specification Joint Inspection with consultant for Material Delivery as per Approved Material Submittal, Standard and Project Specification. Prepare and maintain quality daily and weekly reports and documentation.
- Responsible for Material Inspection Report (MIR), MIR Log Sheet, Follow up the Log Sheet. Preparation of Site Observation Report (SOR), SOR Log Sheet, Follow up the Log Sheet.
- Preparation of Site Non-Confirmative Report (NCR), NCR Log Sheet, Followup the Log Sheet Responsible for Checking the Dimensions of activities as per the approved Shop Drawing.
- Review of ITP’s monitor daily field construction operations to ensure compliance with approved Project/s Design drawings and approved Project/s Quality Plans. Arrange for approved 3rd party testing required as per the specification and Consultant’s requirement.
- Monitor the testing and reports. Coordination between Civil & MEP departments for relevant clearances and following up with Sub-contractors to ensure that the proceedings are Covered with inspections.
