About the Role

Kloudrac is seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide L1 and L2 technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, managing Active Directory accounts, supporting collaboration tools, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the head office and remote branches.

This position requires strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to handle both on-site and remote IT support tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 & L2 technical support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
  • Support Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.
  • Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Handle basic networking support (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
  • Provide IT support for the head office and remote branches (networking, cabling, telephony).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of desktop support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
