About the Role
The organisation is seeking experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers to oversee offshore safety operations. The role involves implementing HSE policies, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with Oil & Gas industry safety standards.
Candidates must be comfortable working in offshore environments and maintaining strict safety compliance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and safety procedures.
- Conduct site safety inspections and hazard assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas safety standards.
- Monitor workforce safety practices and risk mitigation.
- Maintain safety documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate with offshore project teams and supervisors.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,500 per month.
- Visa and Medical Insurance provided.
- Yearly performance bonus.
Work Rotation
- Rotation Cycle: 150 days offshore / 25 days paid leave.
