About the Role
The organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage staff accommodations and related administrative functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing accommodation facilities, handling negotiations with landlords, and ensuring maintenance and compliance standards are met.
The role requires hands-on coordination and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new staff accommodations and negotiate terms with landlords.
- Prepare contracts and obtain internal approvals.
- Arrange furniture, fixtures, gas connections, and appliances.
- Manage relocation, replacements, and repairs of furniture and appliances.
- Ensure timely renewal of tenancy agreements.
- Oversee maintenance work and ensure completion within deadlines.
- Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards in all accommodations.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and location scouting skills.

- Valid UAE manual driving license.
