About the Role
The hiring company is seeking skilled Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officers to oversee safety standards across brownfield project sites in the UAE. Candidates with prior exposure to ADNOC projects will have an added advantage.
This role requires strong documentation compliance, safety monitoring, and coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with UAE regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas brownfield project safety standards.
- Maintain safety records and documentation approvals.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure incident reporting and corrective action implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of HSE experience.
- Experience in brownfield projects (mandatory).
- ADNOC project experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Regular – recognized institution).
- NEBOSH IGC or IOSH certification (mandatory).
- Strong documentation and compliance knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month (based on experience).
- FAT: Food, Accommodation & Transportation provided.
- Permanent employment with a reputed UAE company.
